## 1. Organizer of the IPEM Wealth Awards Europexpo, a French simplified joint stock company (*société par actions simplifiée*) with a capital of 100,000 euros, having its registered offices at 44 AVENUE GEORGE V, 75008 Paris, France, registered with the Paris  Companies Registry under n°490 839 149 (“Europexpo” or “IPEM” or the “Organizer”). Europexpo is the official organizer of the IPEM Wealth 2025 tradeshow (hereafter “IPEM Wealth”) taking place on 29 - 30 January 2025 in Cannes, and of the related IPEM Wealth Awards 2024 (hereafter “IPEM Wealth Awards”). The competition rules of the IPEM Wealth Awards (hereafter “Rules and Regulations”) are detailed hereafter. ## 2. Purpose of the IPEM Wealth Awards IPEM Wealth is a premier event dedicated to private equity and wealth management. Scheduled for February 4th&5th, 2026, at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes, France, this fair serves as a vital platform for industry professionals, investors, and innovators to converge, share insights, and explore future trends. The IPEM Wealth Awards, a highlight of this event, are designed to recognize and celebrate outstanding achievements and innovations within the private market and wealth management community. ## 3. Eligibility requirements The IPEM Wealth Awards aim to recognize excellence in the private market funds and wealth management sectors. The awards are open to private market products, wealth management firms, private banks, and fund managers who have demonstrated outstanding performance and innovation in their respective fields, and who have a regulatory authorization to commercialize financial products or services within the EU or the EEA. Service providers can also compete for the "Best Wealth Partnership Award" in collaboration with one or more of the aforementioned entities. Each award has specific eligibility criteria, which must be met by the candidates, and which are described in the Application Document. The Organizer reserves the right to maintain, delete or merge several categories depending on the number of applications received and their quality. The Organizer may create additional awards based on the quality of applications received. ## 4. Number of entries allowed Except as described below, a company may submit entries in several categories as long as it meets all the eligibility requirements stipulated in the Rules and Regulations and separate submissions are prepared. A company may submit several entries in each award category. ## 5. Application Document Companies wishing to enter the competition must complete and submit the Application Document and provide supporting materials. IPEM will acknowledge reception of the Application Document. If the application (such as “Best Partnership”) is managed by several companies, the company submitting the entry guarantees that : 1. It is the sole initiator together with possible co-authors and warrants; 2. It holds all the rights for the presented information; 3. It does not harm any potentially involved third party’s rights or anyone’s private life or likeness; 4. The submission does not infringe any law, especially copyright laws. The Application Document must be completed in English and submitted together with supporting materials online by November 7th, 2025. Any application submitted after the deadline or any incomplete application will be rejected. The optional elements must be attached to the application file, any element sent in a second step will not be taken into account. Applicants agrees that the Application Document and any supporting material may be reviewed by the following persons or entities: IPEM employees or representatives and subcontractors in charge of the event organization, members of the jury. ## 6. Acceptation and rejection of application IPEM may at any time request modifications or additional information from an applicant company. It may reject any application without justification. ## 7. Entry fees Except as specified below, a participant may compete for several awards and may submit several entries in each award. For the Best Wealth Partnership award, only one participant presenting the candidature on behalf of itself and its partner(s) shall be invoiced for the total amount. Price list for participation is as follow: - Price per submition – first entry: €1000,00 excluding VAT - Price per submition – next entries: - 20% discount Invoice to the participant shall be sent upon reception of the Application Document. ## 8. Jury – IPEM Wealth participants vote – attribution of the Awards Entries received by November 7th, 2025, will be accessible by Indefi to ensure the highest quality and integrity of the Awards, your application will now undergo a thorough review to allows us to: - Evaluate the quality of your submission. - Confirm all necessary information for the jury's comprehensive assessment is present. If there is not subject to rejection, will be submitted to the IPEM Wealth Awards Jury, an independent body of private assets and wealth management professionals and technology or innovation experts selected by IPEM. The jury will review all accepted entries in each category and grade them according to guidelines prepared by IPEM. In each category, up to three projects will be designated by the jury as champions. Champions will be notified shortly after the jury final meeting. Up to a month before IPEM Wealth, IPEM will communicate on the finalists in each category. Participants to IPEM Wealth Awards will have the opportunity to vote for a champion in each category. The winner in each category will be decided based on: - A global note awarded by the jury - A ponderation based on the results of the participants vote The jury acts in total independence. The jury is allowed to move any entry to a more appropriate category and consequently judge it in that category. The members of the jury will not be able to participate in the vote for a category in which their organization/institution would be either a candidate or directly or indirectly involved. The jury’s decision is final and confidential and will not have to be justified. Winners will be publicly announced during the IPEM Wealth Awards Diner Ceremony. ## 9. Champions and visual elements Champions will be asked to provide additional visuals (recommended tech spec = 500x500px) that will be displayed during the IPEM Wealth Awards Diner Ceremony. IPEM reserves the right to choose which elements will be displayed and modify these elements if needed to guarantee the quality of the event. Champions accept that all information, including photographs and other materials provided, may be forwarded to third parties for the purposes of conducting the online vote, organizing the ceremony and promoting the IPEM Wealth Awards. Champions also certify and guarantee that they have been authorized to this end by potential co-creators or third parties. Champions shall hold the Organizer harmless from and against any risk of claims or actions by third parties, both during and after the performance of the Competition on the grounds of an infringement of their rights, in particular as regards the intellectual property rights in the elements supplied by the Champions under the terms of these Rules. To this end, the Finalists hereby agree to hold the Organizer harmless from and against any claim, of any kind whatsoever, issued by one of its employees, workers or third parties. In the event that proceedings are issued against the Organizer, all duties, costs, fees and damages that it may be ordered to pay shall be borne by the Champions only. Champions commit to provide the Organizer with the name of the photographer (photo credit). For a period of five (5) years, for any informational, promotional, marketing and/or commercial purposes, the Organizer may - Photograph and make video or audio recordings of the IPEM Wealth Awards (hereinafter referred to as the "Recording"); - Broadcast, live or deferred, the Recording of the IPEM Wealth Awards on tangible or intangible media platforms, including media networks and the Internet. - Adapt the Recording to be included within a compilation of other contents of IPEM and represent, reproduce, distribute and market the said compilation - Communicate the Recording on all tangible or intangible media known or unknown at this time, notably digital media and internet (in particular, the websites tradeshows and its partners and related promotional social media as YouTube branded channel, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter or other), and on any other promotional or marketing tool it may use, being specified that the Organizer will not be held liable for uses of whatever nature that may be made by web surfers of the Recording appearing on these websites. Only award champions and final winners are allowed to use the name and logo of the IPEM Wealth Awards in the form and conditions transmitted by the Organizer, on all institutional, commercial and promotional documentation concerning the organization/institution and/or the award-winning action/innovation. This authorization is granted for a limited period of one (1) year from the date of the IPEM Wealth Awards Dinner Ceremony. ## 10. IPEM Wealth Awards Diner Ceremony The winners will be announced during the IPEM Wealth Awards Diner Ceremony to be held during IPEM Wealth in Cannes. In case an award is attributed to them, competitors commit themselves to have an Official representative at the ceremony to collect their award on stage. The awards ceremony will be photographed and recorded for the purposes of promoting the IPEM Awards, the winners and their product(s) or services. Winners authorise the Organizer and their representatives to photograph and film the ceremony directly or indirectly, including their likenesses and voices, together with any elements related to their competition entry, and to reproduce and broadcast those photographs and videos to the public by any means for promotional purposes. ## 11. Force Majeure In the event of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances resulting in the impossibility of organizing IPEM Wealth, the IPEM Wealth Awards shall be cancelled without any indemnification whatsoever. "Force Majeure" means any health, climate, economic, political or social situation at the local, national or international level: (i) Which could not have been reasonably foreseen at the time of entering into the participation contract (ii) Which is beyond the control of the parties, and (iii) Which precludes the performance of the parties' obligations, and, in particular, the holding of the event, or which poses a risk of disturbances likely to seriously affect the organization and the smooth running of the event or the safety of persons and property. ## 12. Confidentiality and Privacy The Organizer undertakes not to disclose before the Award Ceremony any information considered confidential by the candidate who has expressly indicated it as such in his or her application. The said information will only be brought to the attention of the persons in charge of the organisation of the trophies (employees, experts and service providers of the Organiser, jury) for the sole purpose of organising the trophies and selecting the winners. The Organizer collects Applicants’ personal data by the present document or during participation of the event, (attended places or events, services operated). The data is processed by the Organizer for the purposes of caring out its contractual obligations (notably customer’s data base management, events, services and ticketing management, invoicing and cash collection management) and promoting its activity. Such data is stored for a maximum duration of 10 years. This personal data can be: - Integrated into the online database available to Participants to enable them to prepare the event, promote their business and schedule their business appointments within the event. In this respect, Participants undertake not to use the data for any other purposes. The Organizer reserves the right to stop by any means any disturbance caused by any forbidden use of personal data; - Transmitted to sub processors that have undertaken to comply with Data Protection Laws requirement such as companies belonging to the same group, service providers and partners, who may be located outside the European Economic Area; - Communicated to Participants, such as speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, who can be located outside the European Economic Area to carry out commercial prospecting; - Used on all distribution and promotional media in connection with the relevant event including over the internet; - Processed for distribution and promotional analysis (profiling, targeting). As a data controller, the Organizer have implemented and maintain appropriate technical and organizational measures in such a manner that its processing of personal data meet the requirement of French and European Data Protection Laws and in particular GDPR. In case, unsatisfied answer to Applicants’ request, Applicants may rise a complain to the French National Data Protection Authority (Commission Nationale Informatique et Libertés or CNIL) www.cnil.fr. ## 13. Other legal mentions Registering and competing for the IPEM Wealth Awards implies full acceptance of the present Rules and Regulations. The Rules and Regulations and the IPEM Wealth Awards are governed by French law. If no amicable settlement can be reached, any dispute arising in connection with the construction and/or performance of the Rules and Regulations as well as said Awards shall fall under the jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Paris, which is expressly acknowledged and agreed by the parties.
