Abenex Industries 9.0 is Abenex’s first fund dedicated to industrial SMEs decarbonization, building on the Small and Mid-Cap expertise developed by the firm in growth and private equity transactions, with investments ranging from €5 million to €20 million. Classified as an Article 9 fund under SFDR, the fund targets industrial SMEs decarbonization primarily in France, as well as in the Benelux and Italy. The strategy is built around a strong ambition to create sustainable value, notably through a decarbonization approach aligned with the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi). The Fund is accessible to qualified investors with a minimum commitment of €100,000, through a fully digitalized subscription process.
