Investors in EQT Nexus also get access to the same deal flow, governance and value-creation model as institutions, and a portfolio diversified across sectors, geographies, maturity stages, and fund vintages. Its evergreen structure enables full investment from day one, reinvestment of proceeds targeting compounding returns, and potential periodic liquidity. The fund targets 12-15% net annual returns.
