Launched in April 2025, EQT Nexus Infrastructure is an evergreen infrastructure strategy providing a single-access point into EQT Infrastructure’s global deal flow. The fund aims to build a robust and long-term infrastructure portfolio, drawing on EQT Infrastructure’s 17 years-long track record in actively-managed value-add infrastructure. The strategy is differentiated by diversification across the full infrastructure maturity spectrum, underpinned by institutional-grade sourcing and an active ownership approach. It invests primarily through EQT-managed infrastructure funds and direct co-investments and leverages EQT’s thematic investment approach, active ownership model and 600+ Industrial Advisor network. The fund targets 10-13% net annual returns.
